The dark horse steps onto the field And despite the plight that he has no might He pushes on After all, in his mind, he is one of a kind And what they do or say shall have no sway Therefore it's ok that you neglect Ok that they beset  Ok that they want nothing to do him Ok that they judge before they knew him Ok with the hatred that they show  Ok when they put everyone before Ok when they think of helping that it's not the downtrodden Ok that the benefit of the doubt was not for the forgotten Ok that they undermine or malign  Ok when they seek to blind  Ok when they won't forgive  And when they find it hard to give Ok even when they betray to gain favor  And yes it's ok when they deny and their loyalty wavers  Ok ok ok ok  Keep it going all the way It's all ok it's all good That's just the way they could That's just their way of life They bring the pain like the back with a knife But victory is...

Day by day we walk the road A road of trials and fury, hills, and valleys Earth and ashes, boulders and sand A road that has been walked upon by Many afore us but shows no footprint With no definite directions but many signs And multiple divisions. Many have been lost on this road While others have found sanctuary Some keep on walking but Others have ended their journey One thing all agree upon is that there is No one right way but also, a way That worked for one may not work for all After all, the road changes with each individual Though it is the same As if it knows each person by name One thing for certain, the road will always be there It was created by the will of God To make plain the will of man This road is life itself and is filled With so many possibilities We stop walking only for one of three things Either we have reached our purpose Or maybe we have died Or both.

Be true to yourself with all your might There's nothing better than doing you right Be who you are without apology As long as you're not harming anybody As long as your conscience is clean and clear As long as God grants your breath of air Live life learning every day Grow in grace as you make your way At times you win and sometimes you lose too But there's only improvement when you remain you

Say it straight - say it plain No more beating round the bushes again No more hiding, make it end Speak the truth and be a friend Say it now and do not lie Say it quick fore we die No more pretense to retrieve Orate all and let me live Say it, say it - don't be scared You said it then; no courage spared No person was able to stay your tongue Say your truth when I'm around

Maybe you're falling or even failing Maybe you're in pain or ailing Maybe you can't see the light and you're upset But you can't stop if you're not at the end as yet Perhaps it seems hopeless to you Your recent plan may fall apart too With the odds set against, you can't see success With the battle before you, you're really hard pressed You make another move but see no progress Will you stop right now with your life a mess? Will you give up all and just regress? Life is meant to be a constant test Strength increases only through stress Will you then lose your hope and accept the pain? Or will you still fight till you regain? Push beyond the pain of loss Push beyond and bear the cost You're already used to the pains you feel It was difficult but it could not kill You only die if you give up your life You were born to overcome this strife

The wisdom of God is beyond our minds It is pure, then peaceable and then it is kind It's easy to ask of and filled with good mercy It holds not partiality nor any hypocrisy The wisdom of God is deemed foolish by men But the foolishness of God is wiser than them And Christ is that wisdom for he is the word To us, he's made wisdom to confound this world God's wisdom is principal for understanding Ask of Him and it's yours for the keeping It is better than rubies and incomparable It dwells with prudence and heals the simple The wisdom of God comes by keeping his laws Hating all evil, it fixes our flaws A good understanding have all that do his commands Forsaking all sin, with his laws we stand

Life is a road of hills and valleys A musical journey from highs to lows Sometimes we're up and we feel so empowered But then comes the times when we feel down below If the times of the low, we stay for a while We learn to accept them with peace and a smile Then times of the rising are gratefully taken The value of struggle in the extra mile Sometimes the struggle is that of the money At times it is social or achieving one's goals Maybe there is something or someone defying But you keep the same patterns or people - denying Do the same things and expecting a difference Not trying new methods for obstacles - hence Some find themselves stuck in a cycle of failure They stay at a standstill not going further But others will try all the ways they can't find And in time they do gradually exit the grind Thus when the high road is finally covered The memory of struggle is worthy of mind And in new times of low, the experience has taught Tha...
