God’s Love

The Lord has set his love upon you
So love Him with all your heart you must do
For love of us He did first give
And this is love, His commandments to live
We say we love Him but hate our brother
A lie since one goes along with the other
For he that dwells in God dwells in love
And willingly our brothers we serve
We love not in word but in deed and truth
We love each other from the days of our youth
Then through this love perfection is sure
With mercy of Christ expected endure
Love not the world or the things that are in
If any love it, God’s love ain’t in him
And an heir to the kingdom he cannot be
Yes the kingdom goes to those that love He
For he shows mercy even to such
He circumcise the hearts of who trust in him much
O love the Lord all ye saints
He hath heard your voice- don’t think he ain’t
O love his law and hate vain thoughts
Let the law be the reflection of our hearts
Great peace have they that love thy word
No greater thing have mankind heard

Slow but not steady, go but not ready I'm just sitting on earth doing nothing already Every day every hour I'm just lazing around And I'm all about sleep because I'm feeling all down Spending most of my day as I listen to sounds There are  things to be done There are places to be gone I know I must do it but I haven't begun Must muster the will to fire the gun But I would rather run Though my body feels like it weighs a tonne Yes my flesh is weak at every turn So I stare at the ceiling or look out the view Or I start daydreaming about a thing or two But I never get started on items of taste The doing of the nothing is all such a waste This cannot continue; this useless state No time to be idle must demonstrate Let the will of action be transferred to me And with wonderful wisdom let me start to be It is time, yes it's time for productivity Move on out of this spirit of despondency Set the switch of my power on priority Set the mind o...
