Who are we without love?

Though we be strong
Or filled with power
Though we have riches
And wealth without number
Though we have friends
And many a union
Even with knowledge
And very great wisdom
Stature or fame
Time and skill
A beautiful smile
Or impeccable will
No matter the thing that we gain
It's nothing if we're inhumane
And what will we be without love?
So how do we measure our worth?
No strength, riches or knowledge and skill
Will make a person if there is no love

Slow but not steady, go but not ready I'm just sitting on earth doing nothing already Every day every hour I'm just lazing around And I'm all about sleep because I'm feeling all down Spending most of my day as I listen to sounds There are  things to be done There are places to be gone I know I must do it but I haven't begun Must muster the will to fire the gun But I would rather run Though my body feels like it weighs a tonne Yes my flesh is weak at every turn So I stare at the ceiling or look out the view Or I start daydreaming about a thing or two But I never get started on items of taste The doing of the nothing is all such a waste This cannot continue; this useless state No time to be idle must demonstrate Let the will of action be transferred to me And with wonderful wisdom let me start to be It is time, yes it's time for productivity Move on out of this spirit of despondency Set the switch of my power on priority Set the mind o...
